VILLAGE DESIGN

Work has been taking place on the production of a Parish Landscape Statement.  This will complement the Village Design Statement and Parish Plan to help guide future planning of villages and countryside within our parish.

Below is a link to the new Draft Landscape Character Assessment Report. Please feel free to download it and send comments to Alan Drinkwater. Please be aware the file is a large one with maps and will take a while to download.

Landscape Character Assessment: Summary of recent Survey

To do this we need to hear your views of the landscape around the parish and are looking for volunteers to join one, more, or all the guided walks.  All we ask is that you spend some time after the walk to tell the guide your views on the countryside and landscape around the Parish, what aspects matter most to you, and how you would like to see the parish landscape develop in the future.
