We are delighted to say that the Living Advent Trail ‘Sparkles for Sarah’ will commence on December 1st at St Johns Church. This year’s living advent trail is raising money for the local charity CASK Research Foundation and is being called Sparkles for Sarah, after six year old Sarah in the village who suffers from CASK and loves sparkly lights.
24 windows throughout the village will be decorated & illuminated with festive scenes. One window will be ‘opened’ each day from 1st December until Christmas Eve and will remain illuminated at night from 5-9pm until New Year’s Day.
Maps showing where the windows are, can be bought at The Londis for £2 and will be on sale throughout the month.
