Pickleball Taster Sessions Friday 9th, 16th, 23rd Feb 11-12:30pm

Rowlands Castle Tennis Club are offering 3,” Introduction to pickleball “sessions to residents of the village. Pickleball is one of the fastest growing racket ball sports. It is a combination of table tennis, badminton and short tennis and it is played both indoors and outside. Paddles and airballs are used as the equipment and it is played on a badminton size court. Emphasis on these taster sessions is to have FUN, meet new people and to play an active new social sport. These sessions are open to non members of the Tennis Club.
By the end of the session you will hopefully feel you understand the rules of pickleball and have had the opportunity to try a new sport in our lovely local parish hall.
These sessions are suitable for people of all ages who have an interest in tennis. There are more competitive groups on a Thursday evening and Friday morning for experienced players who are members of the tennis club.

All equipment will be provided at the sessions. Please come dressed in sports kit. The sessions will take in Rowlands Castle Parish Hall on the following days:

Friday 9th Feb 11:00-12:30. £15
Friday 16th Feb 11:00-12:30. £15
Friday 23rd Feb 11:00-12:30 £15

Katie will also be running group TENNIS lessons for beginners on a Friday lunchtime from April (after Easter). Please do contact her if you would like to sign up to these lessons which are open to members and non members of the tennis club.
