Our February talk will, as usual, take place in the Parish Hall at 7:30pm this Tuesday.
This month’s speaker is *John Wood* who describes the life of his entrepreneur step-father Ken, who started his first company at 21 and later went on to found the Kenwood company which at one time was the biggest employer in Havant, making the iconic Kenwood Chef food mixer. John’s talk includes personal photos of Ken’s business and family life and also excerpts from his unpublished autobiography. The Kenwood company had and still has, many village connections.
