This is a reminder that our January meeting will take place this coming Tuesday, 23rd January at 7:30pm in the large Parish Hall. The talk will be given by Lesley Johnson and is entitled “The Castle at Rowlands Castle”. Before and during the first CoVID lockdown Lesley carried out extensive documentary research into the Rowlands Castle motte and bailey and she will be sharing the fruits of her research with us on Tuesday.
Attendance will, as usual, be free of charge to members. Non-member guests are very  welcome, entry £5.
Don’t forget to visitthe RCH&H website www.rowlandscastleheritagecentre.org.uk which has lots of interesting historical and not so historical material concerning the village.
