When: Wednesday 18th September Time: 13.30-15.00 Where: Bere Grove Care Home
We are inviting members of the local community who care for a friend or loved one to join us at Bere Grove Care Home for our Falls Prevention Workshop.
Local physiotherapist Natalie March, Director of Physio-logical will be discussing the importance of the falls prevention process and how best to avoid incidents.
As well as demonstrating some helpful exercises for you to put into practice.
Tea and coffee will be available throughout the event.
