Christmas Cake Raffle to raise money for the Rosemary Foundation Dear patients and residents.
A member of our Patient Group has baked a lovely Christmas Cake and we are selling raffle tickets in aid of the Rosemary Foundation this year.
They are a hospice at home service that support adults who have life-limiting conditions and are approaching the end of their life. Over the years they have looked after many of our patient and we are sure you will agree this is a very worthy cause.
This is the third cake we have raffled in aid of charity over the Christmas period (thank you Liz). It is on display in the surgery reception area and looks and smells delicious so please ask at reception for a ticket and good luck.
Not gluten free Contains nuts (on top) Not alcohol free – plenty of brandy!! ???? £2.00 per ticket.
We will draw the lucky winner on the 15th Dec.
