Dear patients and residents.
Last chance to buy a raffle ticket in aid of the Rosemary Foundation. They are a hospice at home service that support adults who have life-limiting conditions and are approaching the end of their life. Over the years they have looked after many of our patient and we are sure you will agree this is a very worthy cause. The draw will take place on Friday 15th December around midday.
The prize is a lovely Christmas Cake on display in the surgery reception. It looks and smells delicious so please ask at reception for a ticket and good luck.
