A reminder that Armed Forces Day will be marked by a short service on the village green at 10:45 on Saturday 24th June. During the Service the Union Flag will be lowered and raised and the Last Post will be played. All are welcome to attend, serving attendees are invited to wear uniform and veterans and relatives are encouraged to wear medals. Why not put the date in your diary and show support for our armed forces.
